Once the BCM project it is completed there is a need to ensure that the process is maintained as part of business as usual. This is archieved through operational management and includes:
- Education and arewness
- Regular reviews and audits
- Regular testing
- Change Management - BCM must be included in the Change Management process to ensure that any changes are reflected in the continuity plans
- Internal training - ensure that all team members have the necessary level of competence to facilitate recovery
