Our method is based on our project experiences and the Best Practice models of the industry, in particular the ITIL and BCI. Throughout the following pages we will describe the stages of our method.
The goal of Business Continuity Management (BCM) is to analyse business-threatening risks and their effects and to implement effective countermeasures - to have a "Plan B". BCM increases the company’s resilience, improves its image and ensures its continued existence in the most effective and efficient manner.
