Matthias Rosenberg - CEO
Matthias Rosenberg is CEO and founder of Controllit AG in Hamburg. He has been working in the field of BCM / ITSCM and crisis management for more than 20 years and teaches BCM at several universities. In addition to his work for Controllit AG, Mr. Rosenberg is the managing director and trainer of the BCM Academy GmbH, which he founded in 2007.
In addition to international and national projects, Mr. Rosenberg has contributed to various publications on BCM in German-speaking countries and is the initiator of BCI activities in Germany.
Shqipe Karaxha - Executive Assistant
Shqipe Karaxha is the "good soul" of the company. She has been working in the back office and as assistant to the CEO for 15 years and supports the CEO and her colleagues with words and deeds in their daily work. She has power of attorney and organizes the annual BCM-Summit.
Eileen Mally - Senior Sales Director D-A-CH
Eileen Mally has been responsible for key account management and sales for 7 years. She is responsible for the sales of our software [alive-IT], the sales of our service offers and the acquisition of consulting projects. Mrs. Mally looks after our customers and organizes the annual customer meetings. She will be happy to assist you with words and deeds.
Mark Shatliff - Senior Sales Director UK
Mark Shatliff has been employed at Controllit AG since the beginning of 2020. As Senior Sales Director UK, he will manage sales for [alive-IT] in Great Britain and on the English-speaking market.
Mark previously worked for the Business Continuity Institute (BCI), the world's leading institute for business continuity, as Business Development Manager. After one and a half successful years as a Business Development Representative he joined Controllit AG from Fusion RM.
Jörg Kobeleff - Manager
Jörg Kobeleff has been working in our company for 2.5 years. He has many years of experience in the field of IT emergency management and IT security and held various management positions before joining Controllit AG.
He and his team are specialized in the consulting areas of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), implementation of the specifications for critical infrastructures according to BSIG and IT information security. In these disciplines they advise medium-sized companies up to internationally operating corporations.
He gained operational experience in IT as a computer scientist in the field of system / network / storage administration as well as in the planning, construction and operation of (geo-redundant) computer centres. He completed numerous courses and certifications, including Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Project Management Professional (PMP) according to PMI, IT emergency management and information security.
His many years of experience in the areas of operative IT, coupled with the corresponding in-depth knowledge of standards and management disciplines, means that he and his team can always find a solution to challenges.
In addition to his work for Controllit AG, he works as a trainer for the certified IT Service Continuity Manager (CITSCM) at the BCM Academy GmbH.
Denis Žiga - Manager
Denis Žiga has been working in our company for 6 years. He heads the Business Continuity Management consulting division. He and his team advise nationally and internationally operating companies at home and abroad in the areas of business continuity management and crisis management.
During his military career with the military police, he studied risk and security management in Bremen at the Hochschule für Öffentlichen Verwaltung. He completed numerous courses that qualify him as an investigator, auditor for management systems and specialist in emergency planning. He is facultatively involved in various committees and boards at ASIS International, the world's largest security association.
Jens Kugelberg - Head of IT
Jens Kugelberg is co-founder and IT manager of Controllit AG. He has been working in IT for almost 30 years. Before joining our company, he worked as an independent IT technician, software developer and consultant in software quality assurance.
He and his software development team have been developing [alive-IT] as a toolset for the implementation and support of a company-wide business continuity and IT service continuity program for almost 20 years. The software development is always oriented to the current state of the art
of technology and is characterized by high quality standards.
Together with his IT team he is responsible for the internal IT as well as the software-as-a-service offer of Controllit AG in the cloud.
